We started in 1994, in a small office in Tokyo, Japan—the land of sushi, sake, and the rising sun. And omotenashi—a centuries-old approach to serving and accommodating guests. That word is filled with culture and tradition, but you can think of it as really, really great customer service.

Over the years, we have worked to provide businesses with exceptional service to their customers. Procedures, technologies, and software changed with the industry, but our core belief of omotenashi remained throughout. It seemed to have struck a chord. From that one small office, we have grown into a multi-national organization that has had the privilege to work with hundreds of companies.
